About the Role

This senior role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate aged care occupational therapy services during a period of transformative change. You will shape a restorative, person-centred model of care that empowers residents to live meaningful lives, while mentoring junior staff and driving quality improvement across multiple residential sites.

In this role you will:

Deliver advanced assessment, intervention and consultative service

  Lead and coordinate therapy programs across multiple aged care facilitie- s
  Supervise, mentor and support Grade 1 and 2 OTs and student- s
  Manage a complex clinical caseload with a restorative, wellness focu- s
  Drive service improvement, research and quality project- s
  Support OT Managers with leadership and team operation- s

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level clinical care and evidence-based intervention

Skills & Experience

Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPR

  Minimum 7 years' post-graduate OT experience, ideally in aged car- e
