Support at Home Services Manager

You'll take the reins on both the operational and strategic direction of our Support at Home program — making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly, while also thinking ahead to where the service is going next. From ensuring compliance with aged care and quality standards, to shaping service improvements, to building partnerships that open new doors — this is a role where you can truly make your mark.

We're looking for someone who's not only experienced in managing aged or community care services, but also genuinely cares about people. You're a calm and confident leader, someone who brings a steady hand in busy moments, and who can support a team to do their best work even on the tough days.

You ask smart questions, stay curious, and always keep the client at the centre. Whether it's solving a service delivery hiccup, mentoring a staff member, or planning for future growth — you lead with empathy, accountability and a forward-thinking mindset.

A day on the job will see you:

• Keep client services, staff scheduling, and workforce coordination running like clockwork.

• Make sure service delivery aligns perfectly with Support at Home guidelines and standards.

• Back your teams with smart systems and processes that lift quality and boost efficiency.

• Oversee care planning to keep client needs and budgets in perfect balance.

• Develop and drive a business strategy that grows the Support at Home program alongside organisational goals.

• Champion continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality service every day.

Your application will go to the top of our shortlist you have:

• Proven experience leading service delivery programs in aged care, community services, or similar fields.

• A solid track record managing day-to-day operations across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.

• Deep knowledge of Support at Home regulations (or similar) with a history of keeping services compliant and on point.

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who connects effortlessly at every level.

• A natural leader who inspires, guides, and brings out the best in your team.

About Us

For 60 years, St Bart's has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
