About Us

At Northern Motor Groupwe have been opening our doors for over 40 years with just a handful of staff and a single franchise. We have expanded rapidly over the years to encompass 150 staff, 8 franchises and 9 brands. Being one of Australia's largest dealerships and part of the renowned Tony White Group, we are known for our expertise, professionalism and unbiased advice by our loyal customers in Melbourne's Northern suburbs.

Collectively we represent the Nissan, Kia, Jeep, RAM, Leapmotor, Isuzu UTE, MG, KGM SsangYong and JAC Motors and together we have a desire to ensure employees and workmates can identify and enjoy a sense of belonging to one unified and cohesive company.

We are closed on Sundays, and this role offers a 5-day working week.

About You

Youwill be seeking an opportunity to display your exceptional people skills, be well presented, have a 'can do attitude' and have strong communications skills. In this role we require a highly skilled individual whose focus is to provide outstanding customer service, has the expertise in negotiating and closing a sale, whilst having a genuine love for sales and "People".
