We are looking for a part-time/casual Dermal Clinicians AND a Beauty Receptionist who can make appointments for our new and existing cosmetic and dental treatments and products to new and existing clients.

We are a leading brand in Cosmetic and Dental Clinics providing Medical grade Aesthetic and dental treatments. We are looking for a casual or part-time Receptionist who can sell cosmetic and other products to new and existing clients to aesthetic clients as well as look after our dental clinic clients as well. Training may be provided to right candidates.

Essential Requirements:

• Worked as a Beauty Therapist/ Receptionist or Team lead or similar role to coordinate cosmetic and dental clients,
• Must have product knowledge
• Must be able to book beauty and dental clients sell treatments/ packages/ products over the phone
• Proven Track record to convert leads into sales to achieve daily/weekly targets for dermal clinicians and dentists,
• You will be able to work 1-2 days a week with alternate saturdays
• Worked with D4W or Kitomba. Training may be provided to the right person who has experience in working in a similar environment,
• Computer literate with skills in MS Word and Excel

• Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles (experience in beauty/medical/healthcare is highly regarded).

• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail, including managing bookings, scheduling, and handling enquiries.
• Proficiency with social medic, booking systems, email, and general computer skills.
• A polished, professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A team-oriented mindset, with reliability and flexibility to support the wider clinic team.

DERMAL CLINICIANs with a Degree OR BEAUTY THERAPIST with 3+ years experience

We require Dermal Clinican or Beauty therapist with proven track record on sales and treatments to join our team, where you will:

• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a range of advanced skin treatments, including but not limited to: clinical peels, skin needling, PRP, vascular laser, Laser Genesis, body sculpting, cosmetic treatments and more.
• Recommend and prescribe homecare programs featuring many leading brands.
• Build long-lasting client relationships through trust, care, and education.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team across Skin, lifestyle and Wellness,

This is a casual or part-time role (12–24 hours per week), including one evening and alternating Saturdays (non-negotiable), with opportunities for professional growth.

About You

You are a results-driven professional who is dedicated to client care and ongoing learning. You will bring:

• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Dermal Science/Therapy (or equivalent).
• 3–6+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Confidence in delivering advanced skin treatments and strong knowledge of cosmeceuticals.
• A solid understanding of skin anatomy, pigmentation, vascular concerns, acne, and scarring.
• Passion for achieving real results while ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and cared for.
