As a Personal Budgeting Specialist, you'll be at the frontline of creating real, lasting change in people's lives. Every day, you'll work with clients to unearth their financial position, understand their goals, and build a pathway towards freedom from money worries. The impact is profound , you'll see first-hand the relief, confidence, and hope you bring as clients begin to take control of their future.

You don't need to be a numbers expert to succeed. We'll provide extensive training to make you a personal budgeting expert, teaching you everything you need to know. What matters most is your emotional intelligence, outstanding communication skills, and genuine desire to help people transform their lives. You'll also be comfortable with a consultative sales approach, able to multitask, and thrive in a time-sensitive environment.

What You Will Do

Guide Clients on Their Journey – Provide world class client experiences, helping people take control of their finances with care and confidence.

Build Trusting Relationships – Listen deeply, understand each client's unique situation, and tailor solutions that truly meet their needs.

Consult and Empower – Use a consultative sales approach to deliver personalised financial solutions that align with client goals.

Solve Problems with Purpose – Approach challenges with empathy, analytical thinking, and a can-do attitude.

Deliver with Impact – Perform strongly in a KPI driven environment, balancing efficiency with compassion to achieve outcomes for clients.

Hours & Salary

This is a full time role requiring shift work to align with our clients' availability, including one Saturday per month. A standard week would typically include three days from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, one late shift from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm, and one shift from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. The one Saturday shift per month is from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Starting Base Salary: $75,800 + super, performance incentives and benefits

Progression: Increases up to $86,460 as training and competencies are achieved.

Incentives: Uncapped commission opportunities available from day one.
