The Role

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Home Lending Specialist to join our team, someone with a natural talent for communication, a consultative approach to sales, and a deep desire to make a genuine difference in people's lives. To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Mortgage/home lending experience - Ideally within a banking environment but all backgrounds considered.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
  • The ability to deliver the best possible product choices for clients while achieving KPIs
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking – or a strong interest in undertaking the qualification
