As Chief Executive Officer of this exciting high growth organic circular economy business you will be delivering a compelling commercial and environmental solution and supported by an award-winning regional Australian manufacturing and engineering team. You will not only remove food and organic waste from landfill, reduce methane emissions and facilitate the return of organic nutrients and carbon back into the soil, you'll also support the production of renewable gas to help Australia's hard-to-abate industrial sector decarbonise. Working with food processors and manufacturers, intensive agriculturists and councils you'll be at the forefront of the circular economy.

We're looking for a commercial leader who can demonstrate:

  • Vision, big picture thinking at a sectoral level
  • Capacity to focus the business in sectors where the business can rapidly commercialise and optimise its market share
  • A passion for empowering people and building a high performing, values driven culture
  • Critical thinking with mature, authentic and positive leadership
  • Proven and excellent commercial skills, financial oversight and discipline
  • Strong project management oversight skills
  • Change management skills and capacity to scale operations

With sectoral tail winds as governments and industry urgently seeking organics processing solutions, this is a rare chance to lead a company that is already proving its impact and poised to scale.

You'll work closely with the founders and Board, and a talented and growing team to drive commercial expansion. Together, you'll build on the already strong foundations with regional Victorian councils and industry partners to capture new opportunities across public and private sectors. Your inspirational leadership will drive performance and foster collaboration seeing you shape a culture of excellence and engagement.

You will engage with investors, government agencies, regulators and industry bodies to shape the future of organics processing policy and procurement in Australia.

In this role, you'll deepen your expertise in renewable energy, organic waste infrastructure and distributed technology deployment. It's an opportunity to broaden your leadership toolkit in a sector that's both commercially dynamic and mission driven.
