We have a highly successful, motivated and dynamic sales force and looking to add an Assistant manager to it working from our state-of-the-art Malaga head office.

You must have previous sales / lead generation / management experience

We will be offering a base + phone allowance + uncapped bonus (realistic earnings of 80-100k in your first year) and a company Vehicle to use within work hours if needed.

In this position you would be responsible for Assisting the Lead Generation

Manger and a team of direct sales / lead generation Staff. This position is fast paced Role and requires a hands-on management approach.

Although Experience is required, we will invest heavily into your training and development to help you become the best of the best within what we do as a company.

To be considered for this position you should

  • Have the ability to lead by example.

  • Be trustworthy & reliable.

  • Have Previous experience.

  • Be able to hit Targets/ Kpi's.

  • Hold a Current driver's license.

  • Work Under pressure and within a fast-paced environment.

  • Speak Fluent English.

  • Be Professionally presented and Groomed at all times.

  • Be Seld motivated and Ambitious.

  • Be able to do the Hours of work: 8:30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am - 1pm Saturday
