Customer Facing Critical role responsible for process improvements and revenue maximization.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will be the driving force behind product excellence and operational impact across our CO₂ portfolio
• Lead product management for Bulk and Cryospeed CO₂, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient supply to customers
• Be the expert – know your portfolio and develop a deep understanding of costs, revenues and profitability
• Your responsibility includes to drive growth – proactively manage the asset stock position to enable growth and support the sales team to unlock value from the market
• Own the development and delivery of investment proposals, including capital expenditure papers for asset purchases
• Champion product quality and compliance, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction – especially in high-compliance sectors such as food and beverage
• You will collaborate across commercial, operations and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes
• You act as the key contact for product strategy, innovation and lifecycle management across the CO₂ business

What Makes You Great

• You have proven experience in product management, preferably in industrial gases or related sectors
• Analytical mindset with a focus on profitability, cost control and continuous improvements
• Demonstrated ability to write and present capital expenditure proposals
• You hold strong understanding of supply chain operations, asset management and investment planning
• Knowledge of compliance standards in food and beverage or other regulated industries
• You possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills across commercial, engineering and operations teams
