About the Role

Our client's Corporate team works with leading Australian and international organisations, from blue-chip companies to start-ups. The team advises on mergers and acquisitions, major commercial transactions, governance, licensing, funds, compliance, and regulatory matters. With strong sector knowledge and a commercial approach, they deliver innovative solutions and impactful outcomes.

About You

You are a Lawyer with 4-6 years PQE, experienced in financial services, corporate advisory and/or M&A. A self-starter with strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service, you thrive working both independently and in a team. You'll also play a role in mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
