Hiring: Site In-Charge / Site Supervisor – Residential Construction (Gurgaon)

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities (foundation, RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing).
  • Monitor labour attendance & productivity; verify contractor work.
  • Manage materials – quality check, storage, issue & consumption records.
  • Send daily updates with photos, labour count & progress report.
  • Ensure quality standards, curing, alignment, and site safety.
  • Coordinate with owner, suppliers, architect, and engineers.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI in Civil (preferred) with 3–5 years residential construction experience.

Strong hands-on knowledge of RCC, shuttering, brickwork & finishing.

Good record-keeping & WhatsApp/Excel reporting habits.

Reliable, disciplined, and able to manage labour teams independently.
