Located on the Nepean River, The Orchard is set out over 5 acres offering everything from a cafe, restaurant, kiosk, general store & function centre. The Orchard aims to bring the family back together not only for our customers but for our employees as well.

THE ROLE

We are looking for quality and talented Cooks/Chefs of all levels to join our teams on a full-time basis. We have roles available in a variety of areas and there is opportunities for cooks/chefs from all culinary backgrounds. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.

To be successful in one of these roles you will need the following experience and attributes:

  • 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experience with food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge

  • Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, café, or hotel

  • Have good knife skills and a desire to learn

  • Understand HACCP and hygiene practices

  • Be a team player and have good communications skills and attitude
