About the Role

This is a rare, full-time opportunity to oversee our Parts Department. You will:

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve department goals

  • Manage the end-to-end parts order process

  • Provide accurate parts interpretation to customers

  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies

  • Record lost sales daily to maintain inventory control

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively

  • Ensure all parts are charged out correctly before issuance

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in the automotive or parts industry

  • Professional, detail-oriented and customer-focused

  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills

  • A confident communicator and time manager

  • Licensed to drive (manual essential)

  • Willing to complete a company-provided National Police Check
