The Role:

  • Be the friendly face that greets customers, answers calls and books jobs in
  • Provide clear updates to customers on vehicle progress, timelines and costs
  • Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate bookings and workflow
  • Handle invoicing, quotes, ordering of parts and basic admin duties

  • Help create a seamless and professional customer experience, from drop-off to pick-up

  • Oversee daily workshop operations alongside the Manager

  • Problem solving & assisting technicians in the workshop environment as needed

Is This You?

  • A customer service pro with strong communication and sales abilities
  • Attention to detail, dependable team player and a can-do attitude
  • Motivated, reliable, and ready to step up
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and full Australian work rights
  • Computer literate (booking systems, invoicing, email)
  • Trade qualification is desirable, not essential or excellent automotive knowledge

Experience:

  • Experience and understanding of automotive parts
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering the customer solution
  • Mechanical experience preferred (highly regarded if you are trade qualified)
  • Must have Dealership/Automotive/2IC experience

Job particulars:

  • Full time position
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5:00pm
