Job Description
Thanks to our continued growth, the Dutton Automotive team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a full-time Vehicle Buying Coordinator to join our team.

This role is suitable for self-motivated individuals who have sales experience or simply the drive to learn something new. This full-time
Monday to Friday
role will see you proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business, driving strong results and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing vehicles in collaboration with internal valuers.
  • Accurately maintain and manage all contract documentation related to vehicle purchases.
  • Daily update and manage CRM.
  • Liaising with the internal logistics team.

  • Highly organised, able to manage your day independently while thriving in a team environment.
  • Motivated by KPIs and enjoys working towards rewarding goals.
  • Strong verbal communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high commitment to success.
