Co-Manager – F45 Training Bendigo

F45 Training Bendigo is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our high-performing team and deliver exceptional results for our members. This is an exciting opportunity for a fitness professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the studio, coaching dynamic group sessions, mentoring staff, driving member engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of training and customer service. You will be part of a supportive leadership team committed to growing our community and helping members achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach high-energy group training sessions in line with F45's proven training systems.
  • Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Support and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and results.
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including rostering, member communications, and studio presentation.
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of the F45 Bendigo community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (required).
  • A proven passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
  • Confidence in coaching and delivering group training programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, energetic, and professional approach.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
