2. About this role:2.1 Why We're Hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO
We're hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide dedicated support across scheduling, communications, and operations.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing administrative and scheduling support to the CEO
Scheduling and communication with our clients, staff and investors across our Australian and UK offices
Drafting correspondence and communications as required
Managing travel, accommodation, and event coordination
Administrative and logistics support for recruitment processes
Preparing documentation and supporting the onboarding of new staff
Day-to-day office management tasks
Record management and filing
3. About you:3.1 Your background and credentials
You bring at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing or leadership support role, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

4. LocationOur offices are based in Melbourne CBD. The role is hybrid with three days a week required in office to collaborate with the team.
5. CompensationOur compensation package for this role is $75-90k plus super, dependent on experience. We also offer a generous ESOP (share option) grant for permanent employees. The ESOP gives employees meaningful financial participation and upside in the success of the business.
