About the Role
As our Electronic Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing project delivery, service responsiveness, and team performance across a wide range of electronic systems — from CCTV and alarms to networks and access control.
You'll step into a leadership position where you can:

- Lead the division – drive its direction, growth, and performance.
- Deliver results – balance large-scale projects with responsive service outcomes.
- Build relationships – act as the trusted senior contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a growing technical team fostering collaboration and team success.
- Provide technical guidance and advice on Electronic Security and Access Control systems (including but not limited to: CCTV, alarms, access control, AV, data cabling, IT networks).
- Oversee the pricing and installation of electronics work (projects and service jobs), including scope of works, variations, and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee resource allocation, process improvements, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure a high standard of communication, both written and verbal, across all levels – internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor commercial impacts.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and encourage innovation.
- Use and maintain job management/HR systems
- Handle escalations and customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority
- Support continuous business growth by delivering high-quality service and strong leadership
What You Bring
- Proven success as a confident, professional leader, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong technical grounding in electronic security systems and IT networks.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance costs, quality, and service outcomes.
- Project management experience, with an eye for detail around scope of works and variations
- A proactive mindset with the drive to take charge and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel monthly (project-based)
