As our Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our two Victorian Distribution Centres for Kmart and Target, based in Truganina. From managing contractors and overseeing facility and equipment maintenance, to problem-solving technical issues and driving continuous improvement, you'll be at the heart of our Supply Chain performance.

What you'll be doing

Managing facilities, equipment, and A-Class assets across two DCsCoordinating and monitoring contractor performance, ensuring safety and complianceResponding to maintenance requests, prioritising and delivering timely solutionsLeading preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesConducting root cause analysis to improve machinery efficiency and minimise downtimeManaging maintenance schedules, budgets, and reportingSupporting emergency response and safety management practicesPartnering with leaders to drive strategy and site improvement
 

To be successful in this role you'll have:

10 years' experience in site maintenance within manufacturing, logistics or Supply Chain operationsA relevant trade qualification (mechanical fitter, electrician, boiler maker, etc.)Strong technical skills, ideally with exposure to a CMMS systemsHigh mechanical aptitude and ability to undertake minor repairsStrong influencing, stakeholder engagement, and communication skillsSafety-first mindset, with knowledge of COR and compliance requirementsFinancial acumen with experience managing maintenance budgets
