Responsibilities:

• Drive bike and accessory sales with enthusiasm and expert product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and advice
• Manage rental bookings and ensure a smooth hire fleet setup
• Create and follow up on repair orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our bikes and store
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bike-related role or a strong background in sales and customer service
• A passion for cycling and the willingness to learn about our products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
