Lead the guest experience at an exciting new venue.

We are preparing to launch a new refined dining destination and are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Front of House to join our opening leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in shaping the service culture, team, and guest experience from the very beginning.

About the Role
  • Lead the Front of House team in delivering warm, professional and attentive service
  • Train, mentor and inspire FOH staff to uphold high service standards
  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, Head Chef and senior leadership to align service and kitchen operations
  • Assist in rostering, stock management and day-to-day operational planning
  • Curate and manage an evolving wine list in collaboration with management and suppliers
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of the venue group as new projects evolve
About You

We're looking for a hospitality professional who brings:

  • Proven experience in a floor manager, head waiter, or FOH leadership role within a refined dining or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and wine service, with experience in wine list curation highly regarded
  • A guest-first mindset with polished presentation and communication skills
  • Organisational ability to manage service flow, staff, and daily operations
  • Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends as required
