How You'll Make an Impact

Valvoline has a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an energetic, results driven and highly motivated Customer Service Van Sales Representative to join our team in Brisbane.

This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for servicing existing customers in addition to developing new business within a territory that primarily services the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities Include

• Work collaboratively with your Territory Manager in the sales region
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prospect and win new business to increase your customer base
• Manage existing customers relationships and growing our share of accounts
• Effectively managing customer contact and daily call cycle
• Maintain van stock and paperwork accuracy
• Ongoing development of sales skills, product knowledge, customer service and teamwork

What You'll Need

• Ability to function constructively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously to maximise sales opportunities.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
• The ability to apply basic computer skills (experience in CRM-based applications would be an advantage, but not a necessity).
• Ability to drive a big van.
• A valid Full current driver's licence

What Will Set You Apart

• Demonstrate strong customer service and inter-personal skills.
• Field sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded
