Your part in the BlueCare team
We are looking for a customer service driven Agent to join our community referral sales teams. A specialist team within our contact centre, you'll be accountable for managing the incoming referrals and enquiries for new and existing customers seeking to receive our Community Services. A high-volume role, you will be processing incoming referrals from government sites including My Aged Care portal, industry partners, hospitals and GP's.
Liaising with our community services team across Queensland, you'll work with clients or their representatives to review their request for services, discuss options, update information and schedule visitations.

Significant experience in a customer service centre environment.
Well developed communication skills in order to offer support and elicit customer needs.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to positively contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team whilst able to operate independently to achieve key performance indicators.
Sound knowledge and use of computer software packages.
