**Customer Service Representative**. A customer focused sales representative is sought for a dynamic and growing company in the mining and resources industry.

Australian Crushing and Belting Group is a growing company seeking to onboard dynamic sales representatives. Are you a good people person? Do you have an aptitude or experience to deepen your knowledge on equipment and machinery associated with the mining industry? If so, we are looking for you.

We are an Australian owned company with our Headquarters in Brisbane. We are a company group that focuses on the delivery of aftermarket spare-parts and industrial belting services to a range of customers in the mining and quarrying, transport, international shipping, construction and recycling industries. We have been in business since 2009 and continue to grow.

Detailed responsibilities will include:
Sales pipeline management including use of CRM

Building commercial and professional networks in the territory that can be leveraged to support strategic growth objectives.

Working with suppliers and other teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers with high degrees of customer satisfaction.

Providing accurate and timely forecasts of future demand and communicating market intelligence to optimise customer contact plans.

Developing and maintaining positive working relationships within the business.

Achievement of sales targets and KPIs

About you:

- Relevant experience in sales, parts or the mining industry
- Comfort working with and achieving sales targets and KPI’s
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Stakeholder management skills with capacity to relationship build
- Ability to identify and harness new business ideas and opportunities and turn these into sales
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to undertake episodic travel intra and inter-state
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caboolture, QLD 4510: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
