Experienced Handy Person / Maintenance Officer required for a school in Sydney's West, $79,000 + super

Your new company

A large facilities management service provider and facilities maintenance company are looking for an experienced maintenance Handy Person to be based at a school in Sydney's West near Penrith.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, changing lamps, hanging whiteboards, changing ceiling tiles, setting up events, some grounds, some cleaning, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous building maintenance experience, work well in a team environment, have good communication skills, a clear criminal history and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be awarded an hourly rate of $79,000 + super + overtime, holiday / sick pay where you will be employed by an established facilities maintenance company.
