Join the Team at Kiama Golf Club – Receptionist (Part-Time, 15–20 Hours/Week)

Kiama Golf Club is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our club. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and interacting with members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply and enforce club policies regarding dress code, age, residence, and entry requirements
  • Accept payments for memberships, functions, and ticket sales
  • Reconcile daily POS sales
  • Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries
  • Record bus bookings and manage membership enquiries
  • Redirect calls to appropriate departments
  • Maintain and update the Ebet membership system
  • Monitor and respond to club emails
  • Assist in maintaining the club website
  • Coordinate club advertising (in-house and external)

About You:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reconciliation
  • Familiarity with membership systems (Ebet experience a plus)
  • Basic website and email management skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude
