This role comes with a generous salary and a very manageable schedule of just 3–4 half days per week – perfect for someone seeking work-life balance without sacrificing career growth.

What You'll Need
  • 1–2 years in a similar marketing role (Marketing Assistant, Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Account Manager)
  • Your own laptop and iPhone
  • Valid Australian driver's licence & reliable car – you'll be out and about collecting content
  • Proven ability to capture and edit video into compelling, shareable posts
  • Confidence working with suppliers (printers, sign writers, graphic designers) to ensure consistent branding

  • Experience using:

  • Social platforms: Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

  • Design tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • A results-driven mindset with flawless time management skills
