Develop your life insurance skills and gain industry accreditations while enjoying flexible hybrid working. With three days working from home and two in the office. Performance is recognised with multiple opportunities to progress into different areas of the business and remuneration. You'll work with warm leads, helping clients find the right life insurance solutions, while building your own client portfolio and expertise. And you'll save money on your own insurance premiums, thanks to the employee discount.

What you'll do
  • You'll handle warm inbound and outbound leads, providing tailored life insurance advice that matches their needs. This will help you sharpen your sales and advisory skills in a supportive environment.
  • You'll also manage and retain an existing portfolio of clients, updating their policies as needed. This gives you the chance to build long-term relationships and increase your client retention expertise. Throughout, you'll deliver high-quality general advice, ensuring clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This will strengthen your communication and advisory skills, setting you up for future accreditations.
What you'll need
  • Experience in phone-based sales or advisory, ideally in life insurance
  • A strong, confident phone manner that puts clients at ease
  • A client-first mindset, focused on delivering the best outcomes.
