About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator and In-House Content Creator, you'll play a key role in shaping how our story is told - visually, digitally, and authentically.

You'll combine creative content production with hands-on digital coordination to strengthen our brand presence and connect our people, projects, and purpose across multiple platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, turning everyday moments across our asphalt manufacturing, civil contracting, profiling, spray seal, and transport divisions into engaging, high-impact content. From capturing video on site and designing social media campaigns to maintaining our websites and analytics, you'll help ensure our brand voice is consistent, credible, and aligned with our group values.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, capture, and produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for digital and internal channels.
  • Manage social media and digital campaigns that amplify our people, culture, and project achievements.
  • Curate and update company websites to reflect key initiatives, milestones, and news.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across the group to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Develop and manage content calendars and reporting dashboards to track engagement and performance.
  • Support recruitment, safety, wellbeing, and community campaigns with engaging storytelling and visuals.

About You

You're a creative storyteller with a passion for purpose-driven communication. You're equally comfortable behind a camera, editing a short video, or crafting a compelling social post. You thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy bringing ideas to life across diverse teams.

You'll combine strong creative skills with a practical understanding of operational environments, ensuring every piece of content, whether a short video, campaign post, or feature story reflects the professionalism and pride of our teams across NSW.

You'll bring:

  • Qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
  • Proven experience managing social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
  • Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills.
  • A keen eye for visual design and brand alignment.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach — grounded in respect, teamwork, and continuous learning.
