Events Administrator

We are currently looking for an Events Administrator to join our small, close-knit team located in Prestons.
This position will be 2-3 days a week for a short term (approx. 2 months) with the possibility to move to a permanent part time position for the right candidates.
Days and hours can be flexible.
Duties include:
- Event sourcing/researching, and completing applications for food truck catering
- Responsible for booking events and filling the calendar for 4 vehicles
- Manage and create content for social media profiles (basic content creation)
- Handling related enquiries, incoming and outgoing
- Data entry for CRM purposes using Trello
- Liaising with vendors and event coordinators & completing all paperwork, including council applications and permits
- Assisting the team with tasks as required
- Any other general Adhoc duties requested, including ordering of stock & communicating shift times with weekend staff
- Creation of digital signage using Canva & your creative flair
To be successful for this position, you will need to have the following:
- Strong administration background & a passion to succeed
- Great customer service skills with an exceptional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience using Canva, MS Office and Trello is preferred
- A positive and professional attitude to work with a bubbly, outgoing personality
- A strong and supportive team player who is results focused
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience creating and posting on social media
