About The Role
This
full-time
position is based at our
Gyprock Trade Centre in Launceston, TAS
, reporting to the Store Manager. You'll be the face of our business, delivering outstanding customer service and product support to builders, tradies, and DIY customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to walk-in, phone, and email customers
  • Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and order fulfilment
  • Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers
  • Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team and assist in loading customer vehicles
  • Ensure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm

  • Forklift licence is a bonus – or willingness to obtain one
