About the Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our warehouse located in Regents Park in a permanent full-time capacity. The warehouse is made up of a dedicated loading/unloading bay within the warehouse space, with an additional racking system for bulk storage of finished goods.   Our hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7am – 3:30pm.

Mobile plant used in our warehouse are a conventional counterbalance forklift (Toyota) for loading and unloading of trucks and a side loader (CombiLift) for storage of goods in high bay racking. Experience in the operation of both types of equipment is highly desirable. 

Some basic experience with administrative tasks and computer skills would also be helpful for the role on offer.

This role will also see you responsible for the following:

  • You will work independently to coordinate the smooth running of our warehouse on a daily basis.
  • Receipting and invoicing inventory
  • Inventory Management - including stocktakes and rotation of stock
  • Safe loading and unloading of stock from transport
  • Safe storing of stock in racking

About you:

  • Previous experience as a single operator would be ideal
  • Experience with a Side Loader and a current forklift licence are essential
  • Ability to work independently and a positive attitude
  • You will have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Great organisational skills coupled with excellent communication and problem solving skills will ensure success in this role
  • MS Windows experience
