About the Role

This role is best suited for candidates based in the Western Sydney metro area. You'll play a key role in warehouse operations, combining physical work, inventory handling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload stone slabs and goods from containers using a forklift
  • Load goods onto delivery trucks using an forklift (training provided)
  • Manage and organise stock in the warehouse
  • Prepare marketing merchandise for the sales team
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free warehouse environment
  • Greet and prioritise walk-in customers and client pickups professionally
  • Ensure all operations follow safe work practices and OH&S regulations
  • Ad hoc slab delivery using delivery truck

About You

  • Hold a current full NSW Driver Licence
  • Hold a current Forklift Licence (Licence to Perform High Risk Work)
  • Experience operating forklift highly regarded
  • Competent with computer software and mobile apps (Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Physically fit – capable of lifting and moving heavy items
  • Team-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Safety-focused and reliable
