Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club are looking for a detail-oriented Event Supervisor to join our team. Your key role will be to oversee the smooth operation of events at our venue. Other responsibilities will include; managing the day-to-day operations during events to ensure excellent service delivery, working with a team of event staff and administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality/events or be eager to learn, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Work with the team during the setup and delivery of events and functions.
  • Manage venue setups, food and drink services, and equipment in line with client vision.
  • Be the go-to person for clients and our internal teams to keep communication crystal clear and expectations exceeded.
  • Keep things on track throughout events, solve any challenges quickly, and make sure guests are happy.
  • Keep everything clean, safe, and organised, ensuring the event space stays in top shape.
  • Help with schedules, timelines, and making sure the day flows seamlessly.
  • Handle administrative duties such as enquiries, site visits and event reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operational experience and ability to take on both event-related and office tasks as required.

  • Experience with event coordination, customer service, or office administration is a plus.

  • Barista or Bartending experience valuable but not required

  • Must be available to work a flexible roster - hours and days may differ weekly
