Overview

As a Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind every shift. From leading your team to delivering exceptional customer service to ensuring operations run smoothly, you'll take ownership and keep things moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure smooth operations, maintain standards, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a friendly, bold Mad Mex culture and environment on the floor.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a supervisory role in fast-paced hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for Mexican food and bold flavours.
