About the Role

We're seeking an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team at Myleaf Stones Corner.

You'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors while supporting the smooth running of our clinic through excellent administration, communication, and coordination skills.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a caring, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

General Administration

  • Deliver high-quality reception and administrative support to patients and staff.
  • Answer calls and emails courteously and efficiently.
  • Book and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, agenda creation, and minute taking.
  • Liaise compassionately with patients and their families.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with IT and maintenance contractors as required.
  • Assist with accounts payable and general clinic reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff and the Clinic Manager.

Billing Administration

  • Ensure all patient forms and onboarding documentation are completed and filed correctly.
  • Prepare billing documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile patient files

Essential Requirements

  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment.
  • Must have no criminal record and be able to provide a current National Police Check prior to commencement.

Desirable

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in medical or health fund billing administration.
