We're on the hunt for a skilled HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join us full time and help deliver exceptional results for our residential and commercial clients.


About the Role:

We are recruiting for two positions. You'll be installing or servicing high-quality air conditioning systems across Northern NSW. Your responsibilities will include:

  • INSTALL ROLE: Installing ducted and split system air conditioners in both residential and commercial settings
  • SERVICE ROLE: Diagnosing and repairing leading brands split, ducted, multi or VRV systems.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and professional job site
  • Communicating clearly with customers and team members
  • Working autonomously with a strong focus on workmanship and detail

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in HVAC or Air Conditioning installation
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Current ARCtick licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Reliable, positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take pride in the quality of your work
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
