About the Role

Join the MTA a Training & Employment Administrator If you have admin experience in RTOs or GTOs, this is your chance to build your skills in a supportive team at our Royal Park office. You'll handle a variety of admin tasks, support our training and employment operations, and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.  

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional and efficient admin support to the Training and Employment Team.
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries with a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update our systems, including VETtrack.
  • Assist with contract management, training plans, and compliance documentation.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards and contribute to a safe workplace.
  • Collaborate with trainers, employers, and colleagues to deliver a seamless experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a similar admin role, ideally within an RTO or GTO is highly regarded.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive team approach.
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
