Beneco is on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the "home base" for our 2 Directors – someone we can trust completely, who keeps things running smoothly and brings warmth, energy, and reliability to the role.
What this role is really about:
Think of this role as a mix between a highly organised strategist, a confidante, and the ultimate problem-solver. You'll be the person our directors rely on for work, for scheduling, for personal coordination, and for keeping the day-to-day flowing effortlessly.

- Bring a calm, warm, and approachable energy to the office.
- Juggle work and personal coordination like a pro – from meetings to travel to events.
