Your leadership will contribute to maintaining high standards and fostering a collaborative, positive culture across centres.
Key Responsibilities Staff Management: Support and guide staff across centres by assisting with staffing needs, conducting regular appraisals, and ensuring thorough inductions for new team members.
Training & Mentorship: Provide continuous training, mentorship, and development opportunities so the team has the tools to succeed.
Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits across centres, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Assessment and Rating (A&R) process to maintain high standards.
Regulatory & Licensing Compliance: Ensure centres meet regulatory and licensing requirements, policies, and procedures for a safe environment.
Director Support: Provide operational support to Centre Directors, assist with challenges, manage key action items, and oversee start-up of new centres.
Incident & Risk Management: Respond to incidents or complaints with timely action, documentation, and reporting.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations and regularly assess processes for improvement.
Quality & Improvement: Lead implementation and evaluation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and self-assessments to continually improve practices.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Organise cluster and Assistant Director meetings to foster communication and alignment across centres.
Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, we are looking for an experienced, proactive leader with: Significant experience managing multiple early childhood education centres or large teams Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills A genuine passion for creating meaningful, positive impacts in children's lives and the community How to Apply Click APPLY or call for a friendly, confidential chat.
