Location: Sydney, Gosford, Parramatta, Regional with hybrid working arrangements including 2 days per week in the office

 About this role

 Due to a project secondment opportunity, DCS Talent Team has a temporary opportunity to join our Systems, Project and Delivery team. 

 By joining our small but mighty team, you will be providing support to our Talent teams with solutions for our leading technology solutions.  

Your day-to-day

 You will help drive continuous improvement in how we use our technologies, identify opportunities to enhance our systems and deliver training and support resources that enable our team to get the most out of our technology tools. 

 In addition to technical support, you will provide support with regards to the legislation and best practice processes that allow us to provide a leading recruitment service. 

 A significant part of the role will be to assist in the delivery of our project improvement programs to allow DCS to continue to evolve our recruitment offerings to our hiring managers and candidates. 

 This is a leadership role, not only as a subject matter expert in technologies and processes, but also as a people leader. You'll manage and mentor an Assistant Project Officer and a Trainee, both of whom will benefit from your guidance and experience. In turn, they'll provide valuable support to help you achieve your goals and deliver impactful outcomes. 

 About You

 Ideally you will have extensive recruitment experience across the NSW Public Sector, have a high level of experience or interest in technical recruitment systems, and have previously lead team members. We want you to bring your enthusiasm for systems and passion for continuous improvement. 

 We have built great technical solutions at DCS, including some solutions that are leading within the Public sector and unique to DCS. You will be part of a team that's driving innovation in talent system across the public sector and your contributions will directly influence how we attract, assess and support talent at DCS.
