We currently have a waitlist of families that need our support in the following areas. We don't require you to work in all 3, if one is accessible to you, we have a caseload ready.

Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith

We don't ask our therapists to travel more than 30 minutes and only require you to work in ONE of the above areas. You will not be sent all around Western Sydney.

The Role:

We are looking for BCBA or CBA to join our team of experienced Therapists. You will have your own clients and assistants in your area of Sydney., you will not be traveling across Sydney. We have an office in RYDE, which you are free to come and work/collaborate in as little or as much as you wish. We do like to meet up and work together as a team.

This organisation is well established, with an excellent reputation. This means the role and career opportunities are growing. You will be working with a team of BCBA/CBA practitioners, with the support of your own Therapy Assistants.

This is a flexible role, allowing you the freedom to structure your week. You have control over the clients you accept, and the ones you don't depending on YOUR workload and capacity. This organisation supports their team members and their families.

The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. We practice Progressive ABA and are 100 percent Neuro Affirming.

Role Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in relevant field.
  • BCBA or CBA
  • Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs.
  • A passion for Early Intervention and an empathetic approach to therapy.
  • Car, Drivers License and the ability to work in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. There is such a need
