The Therapy Assistant at Adapting Together Therapies (ATT) is responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing one-on-one teaching with clients, focusing on skills in communication, emotional regulation, social, play, and daily living, as well as supporting to decrease behaviours of concern. The assistant collects data to assess client progress, maintains detailed documentation, and prepares necessary materials for sessions. Additionally, they communicate with clients' parents or guardians to provide updates and ensure client safety and wellbeing during all activities.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

Work Location: In person
