**About the role**

As an IT Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our IT systems run like a dream You'll work closely with different teams to provide IT support, understand their needs, design solutions that make life easier, and implement these solutions with a smile. Your knack for translating technical jargon into easy-to-understand language will make you a hero in the eyes of our users.

**Your Focus**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify and investigate inefficiencies in business policies, processes, procedures in the IT and systems environment
- Recommend and execute continuous improvement systems initiatives for optimal business practices
- Advise, guide and support the business for IT and systems issues and projects acting as central information source for all things IT
- Execute various IT Projects from networking to security to improve the staff experience and security of Cashrewards
- Manage general IT and systems support for employees through Jira ticketing system
- Manage and maintain registers to corporate services and hardware assets
- Manage all technical aspects of an office environment including desk, cabling, AV equipment, internet and printers
- Manage and maintain registers for office security and access passes
- Mange and document IT and systems user training, policies and processes, and provide training when required
- Project manage and oversee the deployment and implementation of IT systems and processes, including costs and resources, to ensure timely completion of projects. Utilise data and process modelling techniques to develop detailed and accurate system specifications for software design and development

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a IT Analyst or in a similar transferable role
- Proven experience in managing Windows 10/11 workstation support and troubleshooting, Azure, AAD, Office 365 experience
- Mac support experience desirable
- Experience with audio visual solutions such as Video conferencing
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS Productivity platforms and in administration of SaaS products including adding/removing access, modifying permissions
- Technical expertise, a solid understanding of system architecture, data base management and software development
- Familiarity with systems integration and data migration
- Be able to work and adapt in an ambiguous, growing and changing environment
- Work individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding customer service and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to own issues to completion
- High degree of accountability
- Desirable to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
