**About The Organisation**

Owned & operated by a team of clinicians, the organisation is a very family friendly & supportive therapy service provider delivering high quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages. Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum. Due to strong organisational growth, they are now looking for a BCBA to join their team and provide a range of clinical duties and also play a pivotal role in the development of their new sleep clinic.

**Key responsibilities**
- Your role will involve a mix of assessments, report writing and consultations.
- Utilising your skills, knowledge & experience to help design & develop the organisations new sleep clinic for clients & families.
- To conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans.
- To design and implement skill acquisition programs utilising the principles of applied behaviour analysis.
- Supporting & leading other practitioners within the team.

**Key selection criteria**
- Enrolled or completed post graduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related.
- A current certificate as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst or working towards this certification.
- Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA or educational programs for a range of clients.
- Ability to conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans.
- Demonstrated experience working as a BCBA/behaviour Analyst.
