Operations Manager – Allied Dental

South Perth – servicing all locations in WA

About the Role:

We are a growing network of dental practices committed to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care across Western Australia.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance of our dental practices, ensuring brand compliance, operational excellence, and quality control across the network. Based in South Perth, this position involves regular travel to our practices throughout the Perth Region.

This was previously advertised as a maternity cover role. this is now a permanent full-time role (flexible to accommodate part time)

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with Practice owners and practice teams through regular site visits.

Act as a trusted liaison between Practices and the Allied Dental Head Office.

Support and coach practice owners to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness and brand alignment.

Develop and implement standardised policies and procedures.

Assist with new practice openings, including setup, training, and handover.

Manage budgeting, billing and financial reporting as required for head office.

Use data-driven insights to implement profitability and performance strategies.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and procedures, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Provide support with risk management and quality improvement processes.

Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans.

Support the implementation of practice business plans.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development across practice teams.

We're looking for someone with:

3+ years' experience leading multi-site dental or healthcare practices.

Strong knowledge of dental operations, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business performance data.

A proactive, hands-on attitude.
