Seton Villa is a not-for-profit organisation providing high quality supported independent living for men and women with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee weekend operations and 1-2 afternoon weekdays at one of our SIL sites supporting 15 residents.

About the role

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth day to day operations during their shift and providing on site guidance to Disability Support Workers. This role is hands on, focused on supporting the running of the site. While maintaining a positive, safe, and well organised environment. And supporting residents when needed.

You will be leading the team during your shift, providing direction and ensuring high quality supports are delivered consistently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day to day operations and staff coordination during your shift
  • Providing hands on support
  • Responding to incidents and ensuring communication with management as needed
  • Occasionally supporting residents to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence
  • Ensuring staff maintaining accurate documentation and shift handover notes
  • Working every weekend as part of your regular roster

About you

You have experience in disability or community services and are confident taking the lead on shift. You communicate clearly, handle challenges calmly, and ensure that residents receive the highest standard of care.

Essential criteria:

  • Experience working in a disability or community services setting
  • Previous experience as a team leader
  • Strong understanding of NDIS, SIL, and person centred support
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver's Licence
  • Certificate in Disability, Community Services, or related field
