Requirements:

- Valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Australian Driver's License
- Availability to work during daytime hours
- Prior experience in construction cleaning

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in newly constructed or renovated buildings.
- Remove debris, dust, and dirt from various surfaces including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to achieve desired results.
- Ensure all areas are clean and safe for occupancy.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and supervisors regarding cleaning requirements and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction cleaning preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
