Full-Time | $90,000 – $110,000 + Ute + Fuel Card

Oz Coast Construction is a trusted, locally-owned construction company specialising exclusively in school and government projects across Brisbane. We are a small, tight-knit team known for our reliability, quality craftsmanship, and professional service.

We are growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our crew.

About the Role

You will work across a range of school and government building projects, including refurbishments, maintenance and small commercial builds. You'll take pride in delivering safe, high-quality work and representing our company on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carpentry works – framing, fit-out, maintenance & repairs
  • On-site coordination and problem-solving
  • Reading plans & working to job specifications
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Upholding company standards and client relationships

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Carpenter (Cert III Carpentry)
  • Experience in commercial or government projects preferred
  • Strong eye for detail and workmanship
  • White Card & Blue Card + relevant trade tickets
  • Driver's licence (company Ute provided)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a small team
