Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer for our Waste Management client located locally in Darwin, NT.

The important parts:

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM$35.80 per hour12-month contract

What you will be required to do:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional mannerRespond to customer enquiries and complaints, providing effective solutionsBook and schedule recurring services, including grease trap servicingAdvise customers on compliance matters (e.g., OHS and sewerage regulations)Monitor and respond to shared email inboxesManage and resolve disputes with a focus on customer satisfactionUpdate customer service records with new purchase orders, access details, and instructions

To be successful in the role you will:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (highly desirable)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskA positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a teamHave working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
